Described as: "A brilliant singer-songwriter with a Dylan-esque feel, but a much better voice", by Music News Scotland, Calum Baird is a fine edition to Scotland's music scene. Calum released his debut EP 'Nothing to Lose' on independent record label, Folk Rag Records in January 2014 (available on iTunes and Spotify). Since then, Calum has played in venues from Aberdeen to Camden, receiving praise and recognition along the way.
In the Autumn of 2014, Calum was one of four finalists in a Scotland wide songwriting competition. His song By Hand and Brain can be found on Soundcloud. 2015 sees Calum appear on legendary Edinburgh Open Mic The Listening Room's "Best of" album, as well as recording his debut album, releasing a second EP and playing festivals and gigs from Edinburgh, to Stirling, Aberdeen and Rothesay.
