The Listening Room Volume II once again showcases the depth of talent that you will find frequenting The Listening Room. The collection features a selection of the excellent singer songwriter's who have played feature sets at The Listening Room open mic sessions within a twelve month period.

Each of the artists presented had only one hour to set up, tune up and record their contribution live, no punch in's or overdubs, just as they would perform at The Listening Room. So no pressure then? You will no doubt agree that they have produced a tremendous collection of original material for your listening pleasure.

Recorded at Edinburgh College CRE:8 studios by Second Year HND Sound Production students under the guidance of Senior Lecturer Richie Harrison and supported by Bruce Cassidy.

We genuinely appreciate the time and commitment required from the artists and studio engineers. Particular thanks to the artists for allowing us to record and publish their original material.

Special thanks to Richie Harrison and Edinburgh College, for their tremendous support in allowing us to use the first class facilities at CRE:8 on Milton Road Campus.
